 To tell you the truth, I was absolutely
horrified by what I heard yesterday regarding
Nestlé's, Cargill's and ADM's
use of slave child labor. It is unbelievable that things like this still
happen
in the world today. It is unbelievable that OUR
MONEY SUPPORTS SLAVERY! What
I consider another travesty, however, is that not a single one of the major media
outlets in the U.S. is willing to report
about this.
I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that food companies like Nestle
are the biggest purchasers of advertising. (1) Ah,
now I get it, of course, there is no way the media is going to spills the beans
about Nestle when most of its money comes from it and/or companies like it. {more}
